1. Course Fee Refund Policy

Before course start date	90% of course fee (10% processing fee)
Within 7 days of course start	50% of course fee
After 7 days of course start	No refund
After 30% course completion	No refund

2. Registration Fee

Registration fee of ₹500 is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Exam Fee

Exam fees are non-refundable once the examination schedule has been announced.

4. Certificate Fee

Certificate fee of ₹200 is non-refundable after certificate generation.

5. Franchise Registration Fee

Franchise registration fee of ₹999 is non-refundable as it covers documentation and verification costs.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@cyberclasssirsa.in with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your Student ID, Course Name, and Reason for refund
3. Attach a copy of your payment receipt
4. Refund requests will be processed within 15-20 business days

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days via the original payment method.

8. Special Circumstances

Full refund may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Course cancellation by Cyber Classes
• Medical emergency with valid documentation
• Relocation to another city (subject to verification)
