2.1 Eligibility: Students must meet the minimum educational requirements specified for each course (10th pass for basic courses, 12th pass for diploma courses).
2.2 Documentation: Students must provide valid identification (Aadhar card, school/college ID) and educational certificates at the time of enrollment.
2.3 Accuracy: All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. False information may result in cancellation of enrollment.
3.1 Course Fees: Course fees are as mentioned on our website and are subject to change with prior notice.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Fees can be paid in full or in installments as per the selected payment plan. Late payments may incur additional charges.
3.3 Non-Refundable: Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.
3.4 Certificate Fee: Certificate fee of ₹200 is mandatory for all students upon course completion.
4.1 Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance is required for course completion and certificate eligibility.
4.2 Code of Conduct: Students must maintain discipline and respect towards faculty and fellow students. Misconduct may lead to expulsion.
4.3 Mobile Phones: Use of mobile phones during class hours is prohibited unless permitted by the instructor.
5.1 Internal Assessments: Students will be assessed through regular tests, assignments, and practical examinations.
5.2 Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% marks in each module and 50% overall are required to pass.
5.3 Certificate Issuance: Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all modules and payment of all dues.
5.4 Certificate Verification: All certificates can be verified online using the QR code or certificate number.
6.1 Course Material: All course materials, including notes, presentations, and software, are the intellectual property of Cyber Classes.
6.2 Sharing Prohibited: Students may not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without written permission.
6.3 Trademarks: The name "Cyber Classes" and our logo are registered trademarks.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sirsa, Haryana.
